etap hotel (english please)

Hello friends! I would like to find people who have or are going to use the etap hotel in Krefeld for HSC V. I will get myself a room, you are welcome to share the cost with me if you would like to join, cramped living is something I got used to in Japan.. is someone else is the same situation? How far is it from Take's place? Thanks a lot!

but i think it was about 13 minutes or so to takes place and i heard from a few friends taht etap is kinda good for the price
